CHIN SURGERY:
Chin surgery is a type of cosmetic surgery that is used to improve the appearance of a person's chin. This can take the form of chin height reduction or chin rounding by Osteotomy, or chin augmentation using implants.
Chin surgery is generally performed under intravenous anesthesia or under general anesthesia. The procedure begins with an incision made inside the mouth. The advantage of the "in the mouth incision" is that an external wound is completely avoided.
A chin surgery usually takes approximately 30 minutes. There are a number of chin implants that achieve adequate chin resculpturing. Regardless of which implant is chosen, the implant is carefully placed in front of the mandible, deep into the chin's soft tissue in order to achieve the desired increase in projection and alteration of the contour. Each individual's unique set of circumstances and unique anatomy dictate the implant requirements. Generally no screws or plates are required for chin surgery. The implant is held in place with a suture or it is placed beneath the periosteum, which is the fibrous protective layer adherent to the jawbone.

DERMABRASION:
Dermabrasion is a cosmetic medical procedure in which the surface of the epidermis of the skin (the stratum corneum) is removed by abrasion (sanding). It is used to remove sun-damaged skin and to remove or lessen scars and dark spots on the skin. The procedure is very painful and

usually requires a general anesthetic or twilight Anesthesia, in which the patient is still partly conscious.
A high-speed rotary instrument with an abrasive wheel or brush is used to remove the outer layers of the skin and improve any irregularities in the skin surface.
Both Dermabrasion and dermaplaning can be performed on small areas of skin or on the entire face. They can be used alone, or in conjunction with other procedures such as facelift, scar removal or revision, or chemical peel. Dermabrasion is useful for scar removal when the scar is raised above the surrounding skin, but is less effective with sunken scars.

EAR SURGERY:
Ear surgery is a cosmetic surgery to change the appearance of a person's external ears. Ear surgery can take many forms, such as bringing the ears closer to the head (often called ear pinning), reducing the size of very big ears, or reshaping various bends in the cartilage. Other reconstructive procedures deal with the deformed or abscent-microtic ears.
Ear surgery can involve a combination of moving, reshaping, adding, or removing structural ear elements.
The nature of Otopasty plastic surgery procedure varies, depending on the problems that must be corrected. These problems, as noted above, include: a deep cup of the ear (concha), a lack of development of the fold in the ear, and various cartilage problems.

FACE LIFT:
A face lift is a type of cosmetic surgery procedure used to give a more youthful appearance. It usually involves the removal of excess facial skin, with or without the tightening of underlying tissues, and the redraping of the skin on the patient's face and neck.
A face lift is helpful in eliminating loose skin folds in the neck and laxity of tissues in the cheeks. In a face lift, an incision is made in front of the ear extending up into the hairline. The incision curves around the bottom of the ear and then behind it, usually ending near the hairline on the back of the neck. After the skin incision is made, the skin is separated from the deeper tissues with a scalpel or scissors over the cheeks and neck. At this point, the deeper tissues can be tightened with sutures, with or without removing some of the excess deeper tissues. The skin is then redraped, and the excess skin is removed. Finally, the skin incisions are closed with sutures and staples.

FACIAL IMPLANTS:
Plastic surgeons use facial implants to improve and enhance facial contours. There are many implants available, manufactured from a variety of materials. They may help strengthen a jaw line or bring the chin or cheekbones into balance with the rest of the face.
In some cases, facial implant surgery may require only local anesthesia combined with a sedative. However, more frequently, a general anesthesia may be recommended.
In case of a chin implant surgery, the surgeon selects the proper size and shape implant to enhance appearance and inserts it into a pocket over the front of the jawbone. The small incision is placed inside the mouth (along the lower lip) to create the pocket and insert the implant or in the skin just under the chin area.
During a cheek implant surgery, an incision will be made either inside the upper lip or the lower eyelid. A pocket is then formed and an implant is inserted.
In the insertion of a jaw implant, internal incisions are made on either side of the lower lip to provide access for creating a pocket into which the lower-jaw implant can be inserted. Dissolving sutures are used to close the incisions.

MAMMAPLASTY:
Reduction Mammaplasty is an outpatient surgical procedure which involves the reduction in the size of breasts by excising fat, skin, and glandular tissue; it may also involve a procedure to counteract drooping of the breasts.
Mammaplasty procedures are performed while the patient is under general anesthesia.
Reduction mammaplasty removes some of the tissue and skin from the breasts to reshape and reduce the size of the breasts. It can also make the area of dark skin surrounding the nipple (areola) smaller.
To remove tissue and skin from the breast, the surgeon first makes one or more cuts in the breast. After the excess tissue and skin have been removed, the skin is closed with stitches. Sometimes the nipple and areola have to be removed and stitched to a new spot. This can cause a loss of feeling in the nipple, since it has to be cut off from the nerves supplying it.

MAMMOPLASTY:
Mammoplasty refers to the surgical procedure of inserting cheek implants or augmentation Mammoplasty, an enlarging of the breasts via implants.
Cheek implants used for this procedure are usually made of solid silicone which is inserted generally through the mouth and secured above the cheekbones to give more facial definition and improve the face.
Augmentation Mammoplasty is the procedure to enhance or augment the size and shape of a woman's breasts.
A breast implant is used for most breast augmentation procedures. This implant may be filled with silicone gel or a salt-water solution known as saline. Typically, a small incision is made in the crease where the breast meets the chest. The implant is placed through this small incision and centered beneath the nipple. Stitches are used to close the incision.

NECK LIFT:
A neck lift is a procedure to eliminate the sagging skin from our neck and tighten the skin that remains resulting in a more elegant profile and youthful appearance.
A neck lift provides a solution to people searching to improve the appearance of the neck and under the jaw line. This is designed to reduce the look of loose, sagging skin. Keep in mind that this procedure will not rejuvenate the facial area. A neck lift can be performed alone, or in conjunction with other procedures including face lifts and chin augmentation. Combined, these procedures can provide a complete facial makeover. A neck lift can even give some people the appearance of lost weight.
A neck lift is actually a set of procedures used to enhance the appearance of your neck:
  • Cervicoplasty is the procedure used to remove excess skin
  • Platysmaplasty removes or alters neck muscles

  • A neck lift procedure is performed under general anesthesia.
During Cervicoplasty, two incisions are made either under or behind the ear. When combined with a Platysmaplasty, a small incision is made under the chin. Sections of skin are trimmed, lifted into place and sutured. Then, a section of fat and muscle is removed and the ends are sutured together at the mid-anterior (front) section of the neck. The skin can be brought together under or behind the ear to further firm up appearance of the neck.

    NOSE SURGERY:
Nose surgery, is a set of procedures used to either correct nose related health problems or to reshape the nose for cosmetic reasons. It can correct birth defects or help to relieve some breathing problems. It can reduce or increase the size of the nose, change the shape of the tip or the bridge, narrow the span of the nostrils, or change the angle between your nose and your upper lip.
Nose surgery is performed when the patient is under anesthesia. It usually takes an hour or two, though complicated procedures may take longer. During surgery the skin of the nose is separated from the bone and cartilage, which is then sculpted to the desired shape. The type of sculpting will depend on the problem and the doctor's preferred technique. Finally, the skin is secured to the new underlying framework.
After the nose surgery the patient may feel uncomfortable or may have a possible headache. Keeping the head and neck elevated helps reduce swelling and discomfort. An external splint is used to support the outside of the nose. Sometimes soft rubber splints are used to support the inside.

    THIGH LIFT:
A thigh lift reshapes the thighs by reducing excess skin, and in some cases fat, resulting in smoother skin and better-proportioned contours of the thighs and lower body.
Medications are administered for the patient's comfort during the surgical procedures. The choices include intravenous sedation and general anesthesia.
In a thigh lift, incision patterns vary based on the area or areas to be treated, degree of correction and patient and surgeon preference.
One common thigh lift technique places incisions in the groin, extending downward wrapping around the back of the thigh. The underlying tissue matrix is reshaped and tightened, and skin reduced and redraped. This results in more proportionate and smoother body contours.
Improving the contours of the outer thigh may require an incision extending from the groin around the hip.
Through these incisions, the tissues are tightened for a smoother, better-toned lower body contour.
